This project involved the full renovation of a spacious family residence, encompassing every room and managed from concept to completion in close collaboration with architects and the build team. The transformation included six bedrooms, five bathrooms, an expansive open-plan kitchen/dining/living area, snug, playroom, and utility room, effectively doubling the home’s original footprint over a 12-month timeline.
With a focus on creating a functional yet inviting environment for a sociable family of five, the open-plan space was designed to serve as the heart of the home, fostering connection and togetherness. The interior design embraced a fundamentally traditional aesthetic, blending both old and new elements, while employing a subtle colour palette that added warmth and character throughout.
Every detail from spatial planning to the selection of fabrics and finishes was carefully curated to create a harmonious and playful living space that reflects the family’s lifestyle and personalities.
