Project Mimosa is a 1960s townhouse located in the heart of Harpenden, thoughtfully designed for a busy family of four. Styled Living were appointed on a full-service basis to transform the original 1960s bathroom, two teenage bedrooms, and later a dedicated snug space designed exclusively for the teens to relax and spend time with friends. Most recently, we also developed a design concept for the dining room to complete the home’s cohesive look and feel.
Each space was carefully reimagined with a strong focus on functionality and flow, making the most of the property’s modest room sizes. A subtle mid-century modern influence runs throughout, reflecting the home’s architectural heritage while introducing fresh, contemporary touches. The result is a collection of stylish, practical spaces that feel authentic to the era yet perfectly suited to modern family living.
